Northaven Park, located in the north west city core of Dallas, Texas, is a 1960s residential community situated south of LBJ Freeway (635), North of Royal Lane, East of Marsh, and West of Midway Lane. I

Northaven Park is comprised on several neighborhoods within its boundaries. It is situated around a greenbelt and Northaven Park (Established in 1955 – Northaven Park itself – the surrounding homes mostly were built in the 1960s).

Organizations such as The Westhollow Society are pushing along major new developments of commercial and recreation and mixed-use developments nearby.
