Westhollow is surrounded by a plethora of private schools.  As a matter of fact, Westhollow and Preston Hollow have the most private school institutions per capita in all of Dallas.

Harry C. Withers Elementary school, sometimes referred to as “The Little School That Could,” has about 400 students and has held the state’s two highest ratings in recent years.

This is quite an accomplishment for a public school in the hostile Texas educational funding environment and in a state where education has typically not been a priority.

Westhollow is proud to have Withers as a part of our community and hope that other schools in the area will soon follow suit by implementing similar tactics and programs as used by Withers.
